On September 30th, 2020, at TOYOTA Vinh Phuc office launched the Kick-off Ceremony of Human Resource Management Software Project with participation of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMV) and VnResource.

TOYOTA is one of the Japanese leading motor manufacture corporation with 100 years of development. TOYOTA Vietnam is one of the first company which manufactured motor in the Vietnam market and currently, after the 25 years of sustainable development, TMV now become a leading motor brand in Vietnam. Currently, TMV has grown with a employee scale of nearly 3,000 people and more than 8,200 employees at the systems and authorized service stations of TOYOTA Vietnam. With an increasingly large scale of development, the requirements of Human Resource Management are increasingly catching up with technology trends, so TMV has decided to invest in VnResource HRM Pro solution to replace outdated the system.

Participating in the project kick-off ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan – Head of Human Resources Department shared: “We consider VnResource to be a good, capable and reputable partner in the market in the field of Human Resource Management software. After a difficult evaluation, we finally decided to choose VnResource as a partner to supply and deploy Human Resource Management Software.

Previously, TMV had human resource management software, but it no longer meets the current trends and needs. Up to now, in the 4.0 technology is growing and more advanced human resource management support system, we decide to propose to replace the new system. TOYOTA will have nearly 3,000 users required the system to meet TMV’s functional requirements, especially the interface must be friendly to all users, 24/7 stable operation because of our factory work continuosly.

At the first phase of the project, the two project team committed to set a goal of successful implementation, ensuring on schedule to affirm the right choice of TMV. After that, we will continue to implement phase 2 of the project, completing the overall human resource management system through Human Resource Management Software in the most complete way. Once again, I would like to emphasize that TMV’s management has high expectations for automation and increased employee interaction for the Human Resource Management Software system, which is a typical implementation model of Toyota Vietnam”.
