1. Job Description<\/strong>
\n– Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and microservice patterns.
\n– Design optimized data models and ORM strategies (Entity Framework, SQL Server), and manage NoSQL, caching, and messaging systems.
\n– Integrate cloud-native solutions with Docker\/Kubernetes, CI\/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and container orchestration.
\n– Lead design reviews, coding standards, and implement unit\/integration testing\/upholding clean code practices.
\n– Mentor engineers in concurrency, asynchronous programming, CQRS, event sourcing, identity\/auth, and design patterns.
\n– Drive technical research to recommend performance, security, and usability improvements.
\n– Proactively participate in requirement analysis, collaborate with Product Owners, and translate into robust solutions.<\/p>\n

2. Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– 4+ years of hands-on development with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC\/API.
\n– Strong expertise in C#, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
\n– Advanced SQL Server skills: schemas, procedures, performance tuning; ORM with Entity Framework.
\n– Experience with Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ\/Kafka.
\n– Proven experience in microservices, containers, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
\n– Proficiency with Git, CI\/CD pipelines, and test-driven development.
\n– Experience in HR or payroll platforms integrating SAP, banking, or compliance systems .
\n-Familiarity with identity standards (OAuth2, IdentityServer) and frontend frameworks (Angular\/React).
\n– Understanding of scalable BI\/reporting systems, predictive analytics, and chatbot implementation.<\/p>\n
