1. Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
\n– Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential B2B clients in targeted industries.
\n– Consult and propose tailored HRM\/ERP software solutions that address client business needs.
\n– Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including solution presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
\n– Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
\n– Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
\n– Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy and positioning.
\n– Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.<\/p>\n

2. Requirements<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
\n– Minimum 3\u20135 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably in IT software or enterprise solutions.
\n– Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
\n– Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements.
\n– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n– Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
\n– Experience in HRTech, ERP, or SaaS is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
