1. Job Description<\/span><\/strong>
\n– Own and lead sales strategy and execution in the Northern market.<\/span>
\n– Build and lead a passionate, performance-driven sales team.<\/span>
\n– Identify and close B2B deals with clients in manufacturing, trading, and service industries.<\/span>
\n– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering value through ERP\/HRM solutions.<\/span>
\n– Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client success.<\/span>
\n– Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to stay ahead.<\/span>
\n– Report business performance and contribute strategic insights to the executive team.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Requirements:<\/span><\/strong>
\n– 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in software, SaaS, or tech.<\/span>
\n– Proven record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.<\/span>
\n– Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.<\/span>
\n– Growth mindset, client-first attitude, and strong team spirit.<\/span>
\n– Experience with ERP\/HRM solutions is a strong plus, but not required.<\/span><\/p>\n
