1. Job Description<\/strong>
\n– Interface Creation: Design layouts and UI\/UX experiences for mobile and web applications, transforming complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient interfaces.
\n– User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve and refine interfaces based on user feedback and data to deliver the best possible customer experience.
\n– Brand Identity Development: Design banners, logos, icons, and other visual elements to ensure aesthetic consistency and strengthen the product\u2019s brand identity.
\n– Design System Development: Contribute to building and enhancing UI Design Guidelines or Design Systems \u2014 creating a unified design language that helps product teams collaborate effectively.
\n– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers (PMs) and engineering teams to maintain design quality from concept to product launch.
\n– Inspiration & Communication: Confidently present, share, and defend your design ideas to team members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

2. Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– At least 2 years of experience in UI\/UX design.
\n– Experience creating Wireframes, User Stories, and designing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
\n– Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools.
\n– Solid understanding of UI\/UX principles and best practices.
\n– Preferred: Hand-drawing skills and experience with vector graphics.
\n– Proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of Atomic Design principles. Prior experience in building and maintaining a Design System is a plus.
\n– Ability to design according to UI Guidelines and Design Systems.
\n– Strong knowledge and creative application of Material Design principles; familiar with responsive web and mobile interface design across platforms and devices.
\n– Understanding of software systems, database operations, and ability to visualize and document software workflows<\/p>\n
