1. Job Description<\/span><\/strong>
\n– Survey, analyze and collect customer business requirements; consult process and optimal solutions based on VnResource\u2019s HRM Pro\/EBM Pro software products.<\/span>
\n– Set up, configure and deploy software according to customer requirements.<\/span>
\n– Train and guide customers to effectively use the software system.<\/span>
\n– Support customers in the warranty\/maintenance phase, handle arising problems and propose solutions.<\/span>
\n– Collaborate closely with project, development, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project handover.<\/span>
\n– Create project documents, deployment plans, and report progress to management and clients.<\/span>
\n– Participate in testing new features before official release.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Requirements:<\/span><\/strong>
\n– University\/College degree in IT, MIS, Business Administration or related fields.<\/span>
\n– Experience or knowledge in deploying business management software (HRM\/ERP\/Payroll…) is an advantage.<\/span>
\n– Proficient in problem analysis, able to consult clients on business processes and software features.<\/span>
\n– Basic knowledge of SQL Server and .NET is preferred.<\/span>
\n– Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.<\/span>
\n– High sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and adapt.<\/span>
\n– Able to read and understand English documents.<\/span><\/p>\n
