1. Job Description<\/strong>
\n– Market & Competitor Research:
\nResearch existing HRM software products on the market, stay updated on technology trends and user behavior to propose improvements and product development directions that meet real-world needs.
\n– Business Requirement Analysis & Gathering:
\nWork directly with clients or internal departments to survey, collect, and analyze business requirements; develop functional specification documents in the form of Use Cases and User Stories.
\n– Solution Proposal & Feature Design:
\nCollaborate with the UI\/UX Design team to brainstorm and propose product design solutions, ensuring logic, ease of use, and alignment with business objectives.
\n– User Experience Testing & Evaluation:
\nParticipate in feature testing from a user experience perspective, evaluate output quality before handing over to clients or official deployment.<\/p>\n

2. Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
\n– Strong analytical thinking for systems; candidates with HR or ERP experience are preferred.
\n– Understanding of software and website development tools on the .NET platform.
\n– Proficient in process modeling (DFD & ERD) and writing analysis\/design documents using UML, MS Visio.
\n– Ability to write documentation and perform software testing based on analyzed business requirements.
\n– Willingness to learn, hard-working, agile, dynamic, honest, able to work in teams or independently.
\n– High sense of responsibility.
\n– English requirement: reading comprehension.
\n– Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).<\/p>\n
