1. Job Description

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of HRM (Human Resource Management) system projects (development, enhancement, implementation).
• Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders (HR team, executives, clients).
• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Developers, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Ensure the system aligns with HR business processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance management, etc.).
• Provide regular status reports and propose process improvements.
• Support system rollout, user training, and handover.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software project management, preferably HRM/ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, C&B, performance management, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong planning, organizational, and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand technical documentation.
