1. Job Description

– Lead and Inspire: Direct and mentor a high-performing team of 8+ Project Managers/Leads, taking ownership of large-scale, mission-critical software projects.

-Deliver Excellence: Manage projects with total revenues over 10 billion VND, ensuring outstanding delivery, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

– Build & Evolve the PMO: Develop and elevate our Project Management Office (PMO), optimizing processes, standards, and governance aligned with global best practices.

– Drive Methodology: Deploy robust project frameworks—PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Portfolio & Risk Management, KPI, Dashboard—to ensure seamless execution and innovation.

– Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between technical and business teams, translating vision into action, and ensuring every stakeholder is aligned and empowered.

– Foster Innovation: Create a culture that values creative problem-solving, accountability, and knowledge sharing—where every win is celebrated!

2. Requirements:

– Degree in Business Administration, IT, Public Management, or related fields

– 5+ years experience managing or developing large projects—proven track record required!

– 2+ years directly building or running a PMO (SaaS/Enterprise background gives you an edge)

– Experience managing teams (8+ PMs/Leads) and big-budget projects (10+ billion VND)

– Certifications like PMP, P3O, PMI-ACP, Agile Coach? That’s a huge plus!

– Mastery of project methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall…), dashboards, KPIs, risk & portfolio management

– Outstanding communication, leadership, system thinking, and organizational skills—able to inspire teams, present logic, and drive results
