Average total income: $3,000+/month – No cap on commission

1. Job Description
– Own and lead sales strategy and execution in the Northern market.
– Build and lead a passionate, performance-driven sales team.
– Identify and close B2B deals with clients in manufacturing, trading, and service industries.
– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering value through ERP/HRM solutions.
– Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client success.
– Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to stay ahead.
– Report business performance and contribute strategic insights to the executive team.

2. Requirements:
– 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in software, SaaS, or tech.
– Proven record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
– Growth mindset, client-first attitude, and strong team spirit.
– Experience with ERP/HRM solutions is a strong plus, but not required.

4. Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (90-minute lunch break)
– Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
